1. Solo Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for the "20-Hour Solo Guarantee" refund, the student must strictly adhere to the following activity and verification requirements:

  • Activity: You must log a minimum of 2 flights per week in the GlidePath system for the duration of your subscription.
  • Utilization: You must complete 100% of the AI Debriefs for those logged flights (both before and after each flight).
  • Verification: In the event of a claim, you must provide a clear photo or scan of your certified logbook showing 20+ dual hours without a solo endorsement.

Important Clause: Refunds are void if the student takes a break from training longer than 14 days. Consistency is key to flight safety and skill retention.

2. Not a Flight Instructor or Flight School

GlidePath Systems is a training aid only.

The AI provided in this service is NOT a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). All aeronautical decision-making and flight safety is the sole responsibility of the Pilot in Command.

GlidePath Systems training materials should always be verified with official sources (FAA, POH, etc.). GlidePath Systems are NOT allowed to be used while flying. They are intended strictly for student pilot brief and de-brief of instructor-provided, current, FAA-approved learning materials on the ground.

3. Data Sovereignty & Security

We utilize military-grade encryption to protect your flight data. You maintain full ownership of your logbook data at all times.

  • We do not sell your data to insurance carriers.
  • We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
  • Your data is your property.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

Renewal: Subscriptions are auto-renewing (monthly or annual depending on your selection).

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via the dashboard. There are no barriers to cancellation.

Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or refunds for activation fees once paid.
